Okay, I'm looking for criticism on my case for abortion. Here it is: https://docs.google.com...

Post your criticism in this forum and not on the doc.

Your framework part is weird. Libertarianism would entail saying that it is not the government's duty to have a say in abortions. Thus it would be for abortions because it would be violating the mother's freedom. A libertarian framework would be more on the role of government, but that seems to not be what your contentions are.

But, I haven't debated abortion much. Back alley is the most convincing since it is true regardless of the verdict on the morality of it. Second is freedom of mother, third is whether fetus is alive, person, etc.

The libertarian framework isn't just a framework for my contentions. It's a framework for the debate (unless my opponent provides an alternative framework, in which case I would have to argue that my framework is the preferable onset to look at the debate upon). If I manage to prove that we should look at the debate from the libertarian point of view then my opponent is severely restricted in arguments they can and can't make.

Do you think that I could do anything to make "whether the fetus is alive" more convincing? That seems to be the most crucial point (at least in all the abortion debates that I've done so far).

You'd be surprised at the memes that people make with that as the caption.
