Hi, so I'm 18 years old and I've had acne issues since I was 11 or 12.
I've tried every single cleanser, I don't consume diary and have a pretty good diet actually. But my acne is still there.
Doctors said it was zinc deficiency so I've been taking zinc supplements since last year but nothing changed.
My acne is not severe though, but I'm just tired of having at least two or three cysts or pimples everyday.

Do you have any suggestion?

Also my skin is Super oily.

How often do you wash your pillowcase? I found that washing my pillowcase once a week reduces acne for me. Also reducing stress helps, but that is harder to control.

What type of products do you use (for example moisturizer)?
I used to have pretty sever acne, and now I don't really have that much acne. Let me know, so that maybe I can help you :)

This is the best stuff on earth for multiple skin problems. Make sure you read the reviews, they are all accurate. I have dry patches of eczema and my sons had some acne. This product completely resolved both!

I had heard lots of good stuff about that. I have also read lots of good stuff about sandalwood, but never really had access to it.
I generally make some type of face mask at home once in a while though. I mix 2 teaspoons of honey, a teaspoon of Calamine lotion and a teabag, and I feel like it does a good job in reducing my redness, it kind of moisturizes my face as well to a certain extent. I suffer from both eczema and acne, and I think this helped my skin a lot. I generally leave it on for about 15 - 30 minutes. Only downside of it is that it can be a bit messy, but I'm fine with that. Sometimes I also use aloe vera after my moisturizer, and I think it's pretty good.

Yeah, I occasionally give myself a honey mask, it's very soothing. To remove it, I place 5x12" strips of cellophane wrap on the honey and peel it off. It pulls out all the impurities from the honey sticking to the wrap. Then I rinse any remaining honey. For puffy eyes in the morning green tea bags or chamomile tea bags work well. The black soap is affordable - $5 per bar which last 2 months for 3 people.

I mostly use the face mask as an exfoliator rather than an actual mask, as the teabag granules kind of exfoliate the dead skin cells. Calamine lotion is really good. It even used to help me when I had my chicken pox. I generally use cucumber pieces for my eyes, but my tear ducts can be a bit sensitive. I'll try out the tea bag method though.

I would be glad to help you as I had the same problems with acne and have been looking for the solution for a long time until I found the natural ways of getting rid of this problems. Acne is a problem connected with your inside condition of the body, your nutrition, hormones' work.
Often, stress and depression don't only aggravate existing skin problems, but also cause the appearance of acne, regardless of age and lifestyle.Genetic predisposition is another reason, Heredity determines how well or poorly our sebaceous glands work. Any deviation from normal functioning is easily detected by special tests. Often this cause of acne is common among men. I would recommend you to try something natural like honey, for example as it has anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties and is full of vitamins.

That's bad advice. The more you scrub your face with harsh soaps, the more it will dry out your face. Oily skin is dehydrated skin that is over-producing oil in order to hydrate it again. The more you wash your face with harsh soaps, the more it will dry out, and the more breakouts it will have. Facial blemishes aren't caused by dirt. Frequent washing irritates pores even more. I saw it even on my skin. Ever since I started washing my face once a day instead of twice a day, it ameliorated my acne's condition. The sun can also irritate the skin more, and in turns, becoming more of an obstacle rather than an actual helpful resource. One should always put sunscreen on, to prevent sunburns and aging on your skin. Since sunscreens tend to cause breakouts, to avoid so, one should invest in a non-comedogenic one, which is less likely to cause breakouts.

Also my skin is Super oily.

Here's a list of what greatly helped me with my acne, apply any advice as you see fit:
- Washing my pillowcase often and never putting a dirty face on it
- Shea Moisture makes a line of African Black Soap face products that is amazing and worked way better than any harsh acne product I've tried. Give it a go.
- Being harsh to your skin with cleansers can make it produce more oil, in my experience, so do not forget the moisturizer. This sounds like the opposite of what you should do, but it works.
- Do you talk on phones a lot? Well, keep in mind your phone is almost certainly dirty and it can put bacteria on your face, so clean it often. I find a Lysol wipe on the screen works just fine, but my phone is in a waterproof case, so YMMV. Call your phone company if you need advice.
- There are oil blotting sheets you can carry to remove oil from your face without irritating it by washing it 1000x in a day, go get some

I have no idea what that is, but I'm going to guess no. Just keep your face clean, moisturized, and treated gently and you'll be fine. No need to go buy all kinds of stuff.
