Rommel 7/10? What? He was a very capable commanding officer, as well as being humane and moral enough to reject orders from Hitler to kill all jewish civilians.

Japan
Yamashita - 8/10
Yamamoto - 7/10

Heihachirou - 8/10

Italy
All generals - 0/10

I'm guessing he said this because in the end, Rommel failed in Africa. But looking at his skill as a general, he should probably get at least a 9/10.
