Given that the people over here are so... expressive , I was wondering if anyone has ever been in a protest, or a official rally or something.

I went to one yesterday, and it was like the best day Ever.

Experiences?

I go to lots of them. The last one was the Stop the Cuts protest in London which attracted 450,000 protesters.

I was also at the famous Poll Tax Protest in London in the early 1990's which ended in a massive riot (I was being violent but I was still kettled and charged down by police on horseback).

The protest resulted in Thatcher's Tory Government scrapping the proposed tax which would have, in effect, prevented poor people from voting.

Yes, I went to a local Tea Party ralley back in 2010 just to see what it was like (though I strongly believe a Tea Party ralley in Oregon is going to be vastly different than one in Texas, or in Florida, or in New Hampshire, etc).

I prefer to go just to watch people, rather than participate.

Wow. We were actually messing with the police over there.

'Why are their all these people over here?' and 'Do you support Anna, like personally?' and waiving the Indian flag in their faces, it was really a close line.

I went to one yesterday, and it was like the best day Ever.

I was arrested for trespassing at a DEA protest in San Diego. The Medicinal Cannabis community marched up with bags full of empty prescription bottles with a sign asking 'Where is our medicine?' shortly after 13 Dispensaries had been raided.

best day ever

Yea, I was in three. One for gay rights (parade), one for religious rights, and one against WBC. (http://godhatesfags.com...)
The one for religious rights was more online, though.

I joined the anti-war protest march against Bush's state visit to London. Good fun, spent the day with a bunch of very nice, intelligent deluded as fvck socialists.
I am voting for Innomen because of his intelligence, common sense, humility and the fact that Juggle appears to listen to him. Any other Presidential style would have a large sub-section of the site up in arms. If I was President I would destroy the site though elitism, others would let it run riot. Innomen represents a middle way that works, neither draconian nor anarchic and that is the only way things can work. Plus he does it all without ego trips.

Ya, I went to a tea party rally in my area. Got 9 waves or honks for every finger.
It's not your views that divide us, it's what you think my views should be that divides us.

If you think I will give up my rights and forsake social etiquette to make you "FEEL" better you are sadly mistaken

If liberal democrats would just stop shooting people gun violence would drop by 90%

Oh and we left the place cleaner than we found it, unlike liberal protesters which are vandalizing, filthy litter bugs.
