PULL-UPS:
Pronated grip - 2, 4, 6, 8, 10
Supinated grip - 2, 4, 6, 8, 10
Close grip - 2, 4, 6, 8, 10
Wide grip - 2, 4, 6, 8, 10
Alternating grip - 2, 4, 6, 8, 10

PUSH-UPS:
Regular - 10, 20, 30
Tricep - 10, 20, 30
Wide-angle - 10, 20, 30
Dive Bomber - 10, 15, 20

DIPS - 2 x 25

ARM HAULERS - 3 x 50

8-COUNT BODYBUILDERS - 2 x 20

SIT-UPS
Regular - 2 x 30
Crunch - 2 x 30
Leg Levers - 2 x 30
Flutter Kicks - 2 x 30
Good Morning's - 2 x 30

Attempting to get false admiration from strangers over the internet on your workout is many more sads.

I'm in the middle of doing the insanity workout. Ill post before and afters when I'm done. I've already been noticing great results.

My workout consists of mostly cardio, and some brief floor exercises and pilates. I also use the machines for legs, but I haven't figured out what to do with my arms yet. Also, my workouts have become quite short lol I used to have a total work out time of an hour and a half, and now, by the time I've gone through an album on my iPod, I'm done.
