Okay, folks! It's time for the next step toward the actual fun: voting!

Everyone on the below list gets exactly 3 votes. If you haven't signed up to be part of the club, you may by all means join us in discussion once we pick a book, but you may not vote. This is just to keep things simple--I'll stop the voting once everyone has either voted or waived their vote.

- Dninja
- OberHerr
- phantom
- USM
- Yarley
- PeacefulChaos
- kyro96
- MarquisX
- Ren
- Andromeda
- Lickdafoot
- Brian
- tvellalott
- MasterKage
- Lordknuckle
- Blackhawk1331

And now, the books:

Game of Thrones, by George RR Martin
Eragon, by Christopher Paolini
The Hunger Games, by Suzanne Collins
The Demon King, by Cinda Williams Chima
Rangers Apprentice Series, by John Flanagan
Latro In the Mist by Gene Wolfe
Slaughterhouse Five by Kurt Vonnegut
The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, by Douglas Adams
A Dirty Job, by Christopher Moore
I am the Messenger, by Markus Zusak
Galapagos, by Kurt Vonnegut
Thirteen Reasons Why, by Jay Asher
The Fault in Our Stars, by John Green
The Jungle by Upton Sinclair
Perfume: The Story of a Murderer by Patrick Suskind
The Adventures of Tom Sawyer by Mark Twain
The Chronicles of Vladimir Tod By Heather Brewer
The Last Apprentice, By Joseph Delaney
Alex Rider: Stormbreaker By Anthony Horowitz
The Picture of Dorian Gray - Oscar Wilde
Great Expectations by Charles Dickens
Artemis Fowl by Eoin Colfer
To Kill A Mockingbird by Harper Lee
Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close by Jonathan Safran Foer
The Chronicles of Narnia: The Magician's Nephew - C.S. Lewis
The Hobbit - J.R.R. Tolkien
The Lord of The Rings - J.R.R. Tolkien

We're going to handle voting like in mafia. Please, in bold, write your choices. Examples (which are, coincidentally, my votes) are below:

VTR (Vote to read) Game of Thrones
VTR Thirteen Reasons Why

VTR Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close

NOTE: Once we pick a book, you are not at all obligated to read it if you don't want to. If you want to read it with us/discuss it, but haven't signed up, that's fine. Just keep your eyes peeled for the schedule thread (for when we select dates for reading/how to split up discussion threads) and the discussion threads. All I ask is that when discussing, there are no spoilers that go beyond the chapters that were designated to the thread. kthnxbai!
Think'st thou heaven is such a glorious thing?
I tell thee, 'tis not half so fair as thou

*NOTE: If we settle on Eragon, I strongly suggest we read the whole series in a row.

Are you guys reading just Artemis fowl or the series?

When I suggested Artemis Fowl, I planned on reading the book, "Artemis Fowl," but we could also read the whole series. That would take a while, though, and people want to read/vote/suggest other books.
