From my soup broth consumption experience and comparing taste and quality,

1. Vietnamese Pho' Beef soup broth.
2. Thai 'Tom Kai Gai' chicken and coconut soup broth.
3. Japanese Miso soup broth.
4. Mexican Menudo beef soup broth.

I like all kinds of soups, including the dreaded vegetarian kind(but only with fried in animal fat, hard tofu in it). I've tried the Filipino type soups, I'll eat it cause it's dead and cooked and sometimes it's fun trying to identify the parts you are eating. I love the many beef stews and lambs stews. Ok, stew is just a type of thick soup with chucks.

What would you rank, and what do you consider to be on your tasty list of soups?

I like Tom Ka Gai soup broth the most. It's savory, sweet, and unique.

I don't know if it has a broth... but Gumbo is best :)
