"Let me tell you the truth. The truth is, 'what is'. And 'what should be' is a fantasy, a terrible terrible lie that someone gave to the people long ago. The 'what should be' never did exist, but people keep trying to live up to it. There is no 'what should be,' there is only what is." - Lenny Bruce

Interesting. I spent three years in Panama. One day I came home not paying much attention to my surroundings. As I approached the stair case to my front door, a sloth was hanging on the railing. Freaked me out. They're slow animals, but they look scary with those crazy hooked claws.

Thanks to leet4A1, I know now how scary they are hairless. Makes you wonder how many other animals look that much freakier without fur. There's an idea for the next horror movie: Attack of the Hairless Beasts. Everything form hairless dogs to hairless bears. Oh, and in 3D.

Apparently it slithered out of a lake. One hell of a mutation.
