What is up with all the drawings for user profile pics. One guy has a girl for his profile picture, and another has a crazy looking dude with wild hair and something about 9000? What is all this?

You know, I've wondered about that myself for quite some time. I'm not completely sure, but I believe that maybe . . . just maybe . . . they are user submitted profiles pictures reflecting the user in question's current interest. Maybe.

If it's worth asking, ask the witness. That's one of my rules.

Oh, you use them as a joke right? My son was sitting by me when I played the video. He says he has a game with Guki in it. Yall are doing that as a joke right? These are cartoons! My 9 year old son USE TO watch them. I capped USED TO because he does not watch them anymore, he grew out of them. I hope they are for jokes right? Right? He now is more interested in football and hunting. We played the game, he whipped my arse! That is a pretty good joke though, cartoons for profile pics. LOL!!!!! Yall really got me on that one.

I am not sure what your issue is with cartoon entertainment. You seem to be equating non viewing with a measure of maturity - which is amusing irony. Simply because as an adult one may still indulge in cartoons is not a reflection of one's maturity. Perhaps your son never had the option of retaining a schedule to watch cartoons, perhaps at a later time he may return to them. It matters not whether he nor any of us do. It is entertainment - much like I would find hunting a wholly boring pursuit as an intent for pleasure, others may find cartoons not exactly entertaining. Watching certain cartoons is amusing to me, humour and entertainment relate to my happiness making them a _good_ thing. Naturally they are not the only amusement I receive, and not all my amusement is 'child like'. I may equally judge your use of avatar if I was so inclined as an indicator of a singular deficit in expression of creativiy - but I recognise that avatars are not an individual's personality, and perhaps you should wake up to that as well.

So they are not jokes? Oh, ok. Well, I asked my son if he still watched them and he said no. I asked him why and he said he didn't like them anymore. I did not realize yall took them so serious. I am sorry. Yeah you are right in way. My son does not have time for watching much T.V. anymore. Neither do I. Between football, baseball, hunting, fishing, 4 wheeling, shooting, mudding and a host of other activity's there is not much time for cartoons. I guess that is the difference between different kind of people. Reckon that is why we have such different views on pretty much everything?

Again, understand that just because the shows may look like a little kid's show (because they're animated), they have adult themes that you wouldn't get if you watched a cartoon on let's say Saturday morning Kid's WB.

The Spectacular Spider-Man has plenty of adult themes. Skilled writers these days manage to implement something that both audiences (adults and children) can enjoy into what they author.

And yet you still find time to be a massive troll on debate.org, posting >9000 comments on various debates. How odd.

Yep, and if you look at the times he is in bed or I am at work. One of these comments takes about 30 seconds and very little thought. Oh yeah, I don't sleep.
And you do not see me on the weekends either, or during Church hours.

Has god made us in our image, or have we made him in ours? The answer seems rather apparent when we look back at all the various gods humankind has invented.
