Yeah, how the hell did you manage that? Is it a conference call town hall?

It's easy, I just had lunch with Obama 2 weeks ago to discuss national healthcare.

You just have to write letters.

email I got:

"Mr. Martinez,

Sorry to follow up so quickly with a different time. After talking with the Congressman, Tuesday is going to be the best day for him and he would like to know if you would be available for a call between 11am and noon.

I look forward to hearing from you

Jennifer Bailey
Congressman Ron Paul"

Fake. Nice try though.

What ever you think. I am doing it Tuesday.
I have no reason to lie.

Does anyone have real questions that you would think would be good to ask.

I am going to ask.

1. What is your favorite Founding Father and why?

A waste of a good question.

Ask him the following:

1. What is your favorite thing to drink

2. Do you invest in the stock market?

3. Are you a cat person or a dog person

4. Halo 3 vs Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 what do you choose?

5. Do you have a theme song for your campaign? If not what would you choose?

6. What is your opinion on free trade?

Unless you're a reporter, comon, I have some serious doubts about you getting an interview, one-on-one, with Ron Paul.

Ask him about the Bildedberg Group and if he knows which politicians have allegiances to secret societies or royal bloodlines.

You do not think that will offend.
I am a college student asking him what his favorite drink is. I want to be taken seriously.

2. Do you invest in the stock market?

Can he answer that.

3. Are you a cat person or a dog person

Don't be silly.

4. Halo 3 vs Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 what do you choose?

Come on.

5. Do you have a theme song for your campaign? If not what would you choose?

THis seems childish. I want to be taken seriously

6. What is your opinion on free trade?

THere is so much on that already.

I would have to learn more about it to ask something like that.

and if he knows which politicians have allegiances to secret societies or royal bloodlines.

this part makes it sound like kind of a bad question to ask.

Ok, he doesn't have to name any names, just ask if knows of any.

Ask him these questions:

1. What is your stance on the current moves by the United States to encourage Security Council member states to impose sanctions on Iran for its nuclear programme?

2. What would you have done differently if you were in charge of closing down the Guantanamo Bay prison facility?

3. What is your stance on gerrymandering, and if you had the ability to do so, would you change the current borders of your own current Congressional district, which is almost split up into three separate parts, in order to make it more fair?

That's all for now.

What? He loves talking about that. That's what he is notorious for; talking about conspiracies.

That is good.

Another good one?

Questions I am considering so far:

1. What is your favorite Founding Father and why?

2. What is your stance on the current moves by the United States to encourage Security Council member states to impose sanctions on Iran for its nuclear programme?

3. What would you have done differently if you were in charge of closing down the Guantanamo Bay prison facility?

And remember it will be short so order of questions is key. If he has to split than some will be cut out.

I want to be taken as serious and not offensive. Plus I do not want to rattle him so he cuts the interview short, this is still a school assignment.

I don't want to look to dumb.

Well, the US recently made overtures to Brazil to back sanctions against Iran, and Brazil shot them down. Here's a couple of news sources on it:

http://news.bbc.co.uk...
http://www.cnn.com...

Brazil just recently became a member of the UN Security Council in January 2010. There are other new members as well, specifically Gabon, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Lebanon, and Nigera. I don't know if the US has asked them yet, but I wouldn't be surprised.

The question is generally designed to ask if he, Ron Paul, supports actively getting other countries to sanction Iran, or if he thinks its a bad idea, and we should back away from these sanctions overall. It would make for interesting conversation.
