I've made over 100% (111%) in one year.

All of which is tax free. That + the nontaxable dividends ive earned (5% more) and I have nearly 120% in one year tax free.

I've earned 8,000 bucks tax free in one year through investing.

"Vanguard REIT ETF (the Fund) is an exchange-traded share class of Vanguard REIT Index Fund. The Fund employs a passive management or indexing investment approach designed to track the performance of the MSCI US REIT Index, a benchmark of United States property trusts that covers about two-thirds of the value of the entire United States real estate investment trust (REIT) market. The Fund seeks to remain at least 98% invested in REIT stocks, and the remaining assets will be invested in cash investments. The Fund's investment advisor is Vanguard Quantitative Equity Group."

Haha. YDI when you're -100% for investing in real estate. Dumbass.

Investing of what?
It came to be at its height. It was commanded to command. It was a capital before its first stone was laid. It was a monument to the spirit of man.

You don't invest "of" something, you invest "in" something.

Once there is news the health care bill will pass, Big Pharma will probably increase at least 5-10% in the first the trading day. Just follow government subsidies to invest, it's easy. Then sell once it's realized the subsidies don't work.

So say you have nothing.

You can make an investment of nothing?

I was of the impression that to invest IN stock is to make an investment OF cash :P

OH

Right. And real estate just got subsidized heavily over the past year and still up to now. You're f_cked once it's realized that real estate isn't strong, and it's just a bubble. I suggest dropping that fund within the next month and choosing a new one.

That's why you don't make money Nags.

I expect VNQ 30% then gradually over a 3 year horizon earn another 18% making a yield of 48%
