If one fails to fail, are they a failer?

'I have never failed' if one say's this then its a paradox because given its true then they have failed to fail.

This just like most paradox's uses a double negative effect. To fail one must have failed to reach a specific goal intended. By not failing, you have succeeded, and you cannot classify it as failing to fail.

You'd only have failed if the goal was to fail.
