This website called 'New World Encyclopaedia' which combines 'facts with values'.

Just read it's article on Atheism to get the jist of what I'm saying http://www.newworldencyclopedia.org...

"Some atheists strongly deny the existence of God (or any form of deity) and attack theistic claims. Yet certainty as to the non-existence of God is as much a belief as is religion and rests on equally unprovable claims. Just as religious believers range from the ecumenical to the narrow-minded, atheists range from those for whom it is a matter of personal philosophy to those who are militantly hostile to religion."

True.

Yet certainty as to the non-existence of God is as much a belief as is religion and rests on equally unprovable claims.

True. I haven't heard an argument that certainly (100%) proves the non-existence of God.

True.

This isn't really a good excerpt to prove that this site sucks as bad as Conservapedia.

"While there are good arguments on both sides of the debate, the solution may lie less in permitting or banning abortions but more in the avoidance of unwanted pregnancies."

http://www.newworldencyclopedia.org...

Conservative bias right there.

I don't see how that is conservative bias. Avoiding unwanted pregnancies would result in less abortions. That is a fact. I mean, I'm sure there is some conservative bias on the website, but you're not really giving any...

Not as bad as Conservatpedia.

The bias on that site has more to do with language and emphasis (unequal weight and conscious omissions) than factual with inaccuracies.

But that's like a lot of Wikis I know about, and this one doesn't use demotivators. ;D

Conservative bias right there.

Is the liberal position to increase unwanted pregnancy and increase the amount of abortions?

If this site was really biased towards conservatism, you'd expect an article on liberal, liberalism, or any variant.

But, they have no articles on it, but they do have an article on the Nazi occupation of the Channel Islands.

However, their article on socialism fails completely, basing socialism squarely on state ownership, while in fact its about worker ownership.

Oh, and I found out why it might have a slight conservative bias - search "New World Encyclopedia" on Wikipedia and watch what comes up.

Also, from the NWE website:

"The first 12,000 articles of New World Encyclopedia were funded by the generous support of UPF/IIFWP."

And what is the UPF/IIFWP? That -> http://en.wikipedia.org...

Largely right.

"Although the Unification Church has been a supporter of conservative Republican politicians, Hyung Jin Moon expressed support for newly elected President Barack Obama, saying, "I am very proud as an American to have a black president. I was born and raised in America. I am a part of a minority. To see a minority representative being the president of the United States of America is extremely inspiring. It's just miraculous."
