If this is true, you are probably functioning as if you were mildly intoxicated.

I tend to sleep more during the day than I do at night. Something is wrong with me too.
There may be several reasons behind this, such as you:

-Eat heavy food (meat, drinks with caffeine etc.) one-two hours before sleep.

-Watch TV or use the computer one hour before sleep.

-Sleep in a too warm/cold room.

-Have some lights turned on (it is best to sleep in total darkness).

-Have a bad sleeping routine (try to get used to going to bad every night at the same time, such as 10:30 PM).

I heard pork makes you stay up, maybe you should lay off the stuff.

I do that sometimes.

-Watch TV or use the computer one hour before sleep.

I do that almost every night.

-Sleep in a too warm/cold room.

This usually doesn't bother me. My room is usually a pretty reasonable temperature.

I do sleep in total darkness.

You know me too well. :P

It disturbs the routine.

I do that almost every night.
That is very bad.

This usually doesn't bother me. My room is usually a pretty reasonable temperature.
Good. If there too warm, then your body uses too much energy to cool itself down, etc.

I do sleep in total darkness.
Good. There should also be no noise.

You know me too well. :P
Yes. I know very well how a bad sleep routine affects one's life. If you want a good life, the best start is to have a good sleep, about 9 hours, whether adult or teenager.

I have tried listening to some natural sounds that are relaxing. Try this one. I had a CD with relaxing music, only one type, lasting for about 30 minutes, and it helped a lot. It was proven to be relaxing. I prefer no music, though. This one is with natural sound.
