Water, and at least 1 glass before bed.

Here's a list of all the things I drink on a regular basis:

Mountain Dew
Grape Juice
Orange Juice
Other Fruit Juices (except cranberry, I hate that stuff)
Citrus flavored pop
Lime Wrecker Rip It
Milk/Chocolate milk
Cream Soda

I will often combine fruit juice with citrus flavored pop

Depends, if i'm just relaxing around then water.

Yeah, if you drink too much water your electrolytes plumet to dangerous levels. This prevents your brain from being able to fire off signals through your nerves to your muscles. It also effects other areas of the body, but the nervous system and your muscles are the top users (thus, having electrolytes while working out is important).

However, it takes a heck of a lot of water to OD on it.

So i am seriously thinking of taking up coffee. I am 46 and have never had a cup of the stuff. I tend to make things a habit, and is this a habit i want to adopt?

I've got a basement full of samples, so it would essentially be free. I hate the coffee breath thing, and it stains your teeth.

- Morning

An inordinately large mug of freshly-ground coffee with cinnamon and whole milk. Often, I refill. I usually drink this with breakfast or a morning smoke.

I sometimes follow this with a small cup of green tea.

- Afternoon

One cup of green tea, one cup of black tea (usually, orange pekoe or generic lipton) with a smoke.

- Evening

A cup of coffee before some work or going out.

- When Eating

Tea, crystal light, water, or fruit juice.

- When Out

Tequila or rum.

- When Relaxing/Vibing

Cabernet Savignon, Merlot, Presidente, or Corona.

My teeth are fine.

As far as coffee breath, well, most things affect your breath in some way.

But, if you have an addictive personality, bear in mind that caffeine can cause unpleasant withdrawals. It's also a diuretic, if that's relevant.

Depends a lot on the season.

Summer no coffee, lots of water and cold beer. Natural Light.

Winter lots of coffee and less beer and a flask of crown always within reach.

Moring- V8

Dinner- Pepsi.

Water all day

Supper- Beer or wine.

Going out- Everything but tequila. It makes my clothes fall off or fight someone.

Homemade wine is my favorite.

Moonshine has it's place too.

Don't. Coffee is nasty. Drink tea. It's way better, plus it's much healthier.
