That's an outrage.

What exactly does the law state? Can legislators and police really be that stupid?

Ignoring the fact that freedom of speech was infringed, there is not one single racially offensive word or phrase in the song Kung Fu Fighting.
"We must raise the standard of the Old, free, decentralized, and strictly limited Republic."
-- Murray Rothbard

"The worst thing that can happen to a good cause is, not to be skillfully attacked, but to be ineptly defended."
-- Frederic Bastiat

i'm just wondering with regards to self defense? i figure it'd kinda have to go out the window eventually after you've killed say your 10th person "defending yourself".. and if you would have it that way, that'd mean that at some stage you might have offending someone as a crime?

say you were a not too huge serial killer who went around provoking big fellas into acting threatening towards you before murdering them in self defense.. are you saying they'd just have to take it? fight back with their own wits if they have any? laws more favourable to smart people? they'd be best for everybody? :P
