Don't understand why Tim Tebow was ridiculed relentlessly for his kneeling in a reverent manner after a successful play and yet I constantly see NFL players, after making a score , good yardage or some other successful play , on either kneeling down, making the sign of the cross, pointing to the heavens in a thankful manner or waiting to return a punt from their opponent.
Why is that? Is it just to degrade someone's religious belief or to degrade Christian religion in general? Or is it "politically correct" not to ridicule NFL players?
