I need a good source for international news that has a libertarian bias. Anyone know of one?

The liberals have ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, MSNBC, and the conservatives have FOX. Now, I know that Fox is owned by Rupert Murdoch. who self-identifies as a libertarian, but I hate Fox News. There's gotta be something out there for me, so what is it?

If there is nothing main-stream then are there any good web sources, podcasts, or periodicals?

Just do what I do and organize your news source sites in your favs by their particular bias. I do it by left/right. Then just check out a couple each day from each side and you'll get all the major news and perhaps the complete story.

As far as a libertarian bias in particular, I'm not sure that one exists as far as I'm aware. If you are looking for news sources particularly with anti big-government spin, while being socially liberal, I just don't think there's something that specifically caters to that agenda.

Lol.

But even Alex Jones himself just endorsed Sarah Palin and Ted Cruz, both of whom could hardly be considered libertarians. I could see a case for Cruz in some respects, but Palin hardly fits the fit.

As for libertarian news sources: There are a few I know of. I'm obviously not much a fan of these websites, so I'm not in a position to gauge quality, but nevertheless:

I'll let you know if I think of something else.

I'd like you to cite something showing Alex Jones to be for either of those individuals. That claim seems suspect, though it wouldn't completely surprise me.

Dang it, I'm in public. I'll have to wait until later to listen. I'm not like the ignorant blacks in my area who think noise pollution is acceptable.

Me too and you hear about current events on his show you won't hear about elsewhere. You have to fact check him but that's something everybody should do with every news story they have an interest in, regardless of source.

I haven't yet seen nor heard of any current events stories, which were actually grounded in fact, from Alex but no others. Granted, I don't much watch his show all too often, and that's not because I fear fact-checking, because I do fact-check almost everything I hear that I find to be suspect, but to me it gets excessive if I need to look up more than three claims in, say, thirty seconds.

Transcript--longer than I thought, lol. The ending is a tad awkward.

"Palin says she's seriously considering 2016 campaign. Hey, I'll say it. Palin is a lot better than Jeb Bush or Chris Christie. She's the real deal and that's why the system attacks her and says she's dumb because she's a woman..these fake feminist dirtbags that are really just social controllers that want to dominate women and lecture them and not let them make their own decision. Every fake leftist feminist doesn't want a women to be armed. That right there shows you don't care about women. I mean, Sarah Palin is so much better than the current so-called neocon leadership of the Republican Party. Now, is she as good as a Rand Paul or a Ted Cruz? No. She'd make a hell of a VP. That's a winning ticket right there. Let's get..oh yeah...can you imagine Cruz-Palin and, I'm sorry if she was AS smart or AS constitutional as a Ted Cruz, I'd say her. But I mean I've listened to them both, read their writings, they're both really smart. I don't think in the law and in giving slick speeches I'm as good as Ted Cruz. I'm sorry, he's just more presidential. The winning ticket is Ted Cruz-Sarah Palin or Rand Paul-Sarah Palin. I mean it cannot be beaten! Look at every Democrat. I'm sorry, I'm salivating...They could just turn our power plants back on, and just not sell the country out to derivatives, and repeal ObamaCare, that'd save the country right there. I'm sorry, I'm having--they call them--precipitation dreams. I'd better stop right now."

That's a good idea, and one that I've tried to do already but feel my sources are somewhat lacking now that I've realized I'm libertarian. I currently read consortiumnews.com, and a few others, but none are very political in nature.

I agree. It's been pretty hard finding something that fully caters to my political leanings. I'm going to check out a few sites recommended by others in this thread though, hopefully I'll find something, lol.

I've bookmarked them all and will follow them for a few weeks and see if any of them are worth scanning daily (placed on my favorites tab, lol). Yeah, that was pretty much my impression as well. Freedomworks has been criticized as being too "pro Republican." I don't know too much about Mises, but Reason seems pretty legitimate.

Well he's definitely not sincere when he does his 'man-on-the-street' videos. He's basically letting people prove his point about how stupid the general public is, which I find entertaining. It's hard to fully respect him though since he's so fervent in his beliefs in God. I don't think everything can be boiled down to signs of an incoming revelations-type event or that every celebrity is a Satan worshiper. That's why I don't rely on him for accurate news, he's more of like a E News satanist-watch type of news source, lol.

I watch that crap about him calling every celebrity a satanist all the time. These are rich artistic bored people. Any interest in the occult wouldn't surprise me from that demographic. Nor does it surprise me they use certain imagery to get more views on their videos. Like they say all publicity is good publicity but yeah some of his stuff is just ridiculous.

I'm personally a huge fan of conspiracy theories. I love them. They're like modern day mythology and some of them are true or based on truth which is fun. I know parts of history nobody else does because I love conspiracy theories. For example nobody knows who the hell Smedley Butler is though he may have saved the country from becoming a military dictatorship.

That being said the crap dice get's into with the analysis of celebrities is annoying and so are any of the numbers games he plays. I hate how some of these people make random strings of numbers seem like something extremely significant.
