Started this before in politics, lets kick it off in news and see if it goes anywhere.

The Bundys are at it again, this time taking over a gift shop area (from what I understand) in a Federal forest reserve building.

A little of both probably. This isn't a uncommon tacit to bring about change or bring an issue to light. Just like women's rights, civil rights, anti war movements etc you will have people who think they are "Nut-bags" others "Heros" Not all protests are legal, effective or make sense regardless of the cause. Whatever their cause they will have to deal with the consequences if any.
As a side note I think it's great the feds or any law enforcement didn't storm in there and cause a shoot out. Waiting them out seems to be a great way to end this thing I hope.

I don't know enough background about this particular dispute to make an educated decision on who's right and who's wrong.

Neither
I'd call them radicals

Dang it man. They had a good thing going too...

The thing is, if the people were found guilty of arson, then they should do their time. The 'local militia' has no place stopping justice if it's justified. This is also what I was afraid of, whenever a good thing happens the people that do it let their ego get the best of them and then fall into the realm of the extreme. Just.... dang it.

Let em get taken down this time, they're in the wrong here imo.

radicals for occupying a building? I think not, that's a common form of protest like marching in the streets, blocking traffic, impeding entrance into a building/business. Now if you have bought into the spin the media has put on the story then you have been fooled.
Yes the are occupying the building.
Yes some of them are armed.
No they did not use their firearms to occupy or take over the building.
No one has used a firearm as of yet. If and when force is used to remove them and then firearms are used, that's a different issue. Don't be fooled by the media sensationalizing everything. In that state they obviously have a right to carry. They are choosing to exercise their rights AND protest.
