On August 30 the U.S. and India are scheduled to sign the Logistics Exchange Memorandum of Agreement (LEMOA). As a key provision of the agreement, U.S. forces will be able to operate from bases in India.
TRANSLATION: The U.S. will now be able to bomb China from Indian air bases.

Vaarka swung his sword at the mod. However, since I am now incorporeal, he ends up accidentally striking the entire American landmass (It's a REALLY bastard sword), destroying both continents. Spiders are now at 50% of capacity.

Actually that means towns will popup near the bases, our troops will spend their money there and boost their economy. But hopefully we'll save a ton of fuel costs and we'll be quicker, being closer, to meddle in other countries affairs and kill them more efficiently and cost effectively. Just think of a huge reduction in carbon emissions. Al Gore approves.

Under what pretext do we have to bomb China?

We already have bases in Japan, South Korea, and negotiating a return to a naval base in the Philippines. Seems unnecessary.
