Everyone is crazy in its own way, because everyone does things that other consider crazy. Though they are sane from their own point of view. I guess if everyone was sane, life would be very boring.

There are too many things.Everyone has a different outlook in life, right? Like me, for example, In my region everyone takes coaching for almost all subjects for high school exams. And I don't. So everyone considers this crazy because 'they are the most important exams in your life.'

It's all the small things, it is not possible for a person to go through all his life without anyone considering him crazy at any point. Sometimes, even the person himself considers himself crazy.

No, though I've pondered it quite often.

If my particular insanity is to be identified, it is likely a task best left to others; if, however, I must speculate, I would probably say that I suffer from paranoia.

Remember: just because you're paranoid doesn't mean they aren't out to get you.

My friend once told me that normal is whatever you (a person, individual, etc.) normally do and act like. Insanity, or being crazy, is when you don't act like yourself.
Other people have told me that the norm is whatever is commonly accepted by a majority of society. Crazy is what is not accepted.

Most people consider me crazy, or weird at the very least, because I like to make loud outbursts, I don't wear make-up, I don't have any piercings at all, I "dance" funny and don't care if people see me, I do odd things like pat a person's head for great lengths of time, I do things just because I can, I'm Atheist, and I'm for abortion. So, according to the second idea of crazy and sanity, I am indeed crazy because I go against what is normally accepted in my society. However, according to my friend's idea of sanity and insanity I am not crazy. I am acting just like I want to so I am sane and normal.

However, most people consider insanity as doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. I don't do that.

In my mind, being crazy is a matter of opinion. So it's really up to the person in question.

wait, am I your friend, cause I remember talking about this a while ago, but I don't remember what my position was at that time, lol.

Anyway, I think everyone is insane in different ways and to different degrees.

Clearly a serial killing rapist, is on a different level with a different type of insane than, say FREEDO, yet I doubt anyone would disagree that both are insane.

A majority of Republicans are either certain Obama is Kenyan or have doubts of his citizenry despite his birth certificate and even the governor of Hawaii. This shows what's 'normal' (as in common) is not necessarily what is sane.

It is a terrible mistake to gauge what is popularly accepted with what is sane.

haha well i just changed it. oops! but in physics the normal to a surface is defined as any line that is perpendicular to it. so to be "normal" a person would have to be perpendicular to everyone else. /nerdiness

Yah I never willingly took physics in high school or afterward :p But nerdiness is the new cool.

Or maybe crazy is the new nerdy?
