I believe I have the most egregious and most blatant example of vote bombing of any debate on DDO.

See if any of your debates can top mine. LOL

Beware of the people who are in your circle but are not in your corner.

And with the stroke of a pen people 18 to 21 who own a gun became criminals and public enemy #1 having committed no crime and having said nothing. Just like the Jews in Germany during WW2. Must be a weird feeling.

When I hear people crying and whining about their first world problems I think about the universe with everything in it and people in wheelchairs and all of their problems go away.

The voting is still going on for this one, so help meh out if you are feeling generous.

http://www.debate.org...

Basically, Contradiction's whole voting block swept in. This was right before these particular users were identified as such.

And yes, this was confirmed later when it was found that these users are all part of a type of debate club or something along those lines.

Before I spend the time to read this (5) round debate, which has no forfeited rounds, what exactly am I looking for as far as egregious and blatant vote bombing?

You see, you're actually winning that debate by a wide margin. How would it feel if you were close to losing, or actually were losing?

I was not winning by a wide margin when I posted this. There was only a one vote difference. People have since voted increasing the margin. But that is not the point. The point is that my opponet got any votes let alone 85 points worth of votes. This is what I mean by blantant and egregious vote bombing.

For one, half of the voters are in Contradiction's voting block.

For two, his argument is too sh!tty for any reasonable person to find convincing.

The later has nothing to do with the vote bombing, but seriously dawg.

I conceede you have more debates with forfeits and people still vote for your opponent. But none with 85 points for your opponent. I win

Which half and what members and what evidence do you have.

For two, his argument is too sh!tty for any reasonable person to find convincing.

I will have to read it to comment any further.

This one's got 288 votes.

858 points to 795 points

And it's still getting attention. Happened two years ago but has been voted on 3 times in the past 3 weeks.

Maybe the highest I've seen.
