Who is the greatest procrastinator amongst us?

I sent in my college application about 3 minute before the deadline ended.

Let's see who can rise up to the challenge.

Recently did an 8 page and a 10 page research papers from scratch (basically went to the library picked a topic got some books skimmed them) and handed them in.... 2 days before they were both due on the same day. (both got A's)...mind you the professor typically gives us months to prepare these research papers properly.

That's amateur procrastination. I started college 6 years ago to get my bachelors.

You're right...technically I would have been a pro if I waited till the last day to research and write both of them instead of taking the easy way out and doing them in two days.

The writing wasn't so bad... it was the mandatory 8 sources and reading all those god aweful 90 year old books.... only needed 6 sources for the other one though.

It was a lab report. To be fair, a lot of it was pictures and copying and pasting excel results already done. It was for my chemical engineering lab. Calibration of orifice meters, devices that measure the velocity flow rate of gases in tubes. It reads a pressure difference which corresponds to a specific velocity reading.

It is so amazingly very uninteresting. The greatest fun was I wrote a 41 page report on heat transfer.

It doesn't count as procrastination unless you actually complete the report in the nick of time. Anything else is just laziness.

It's called being an engineer major. It's something i'll have to deal with in the real world.

You'd think that writing these reports would make writing lab reports easier, but nope 3:22 AM and I don't want to do my f*cking nuclear lab report. Trying to avoid it as much as possible.

You should take a supplement called l-theanine. It is found in green tea and counters the effects of caffeine. (That's why green tea is relaxing despite all the caffeine.) It promotes concentration and relaxation without making you drowsy. No side-effects. I'm sure it helps a lot.

Anyhow, I bought a book called The Now Habit which is supposed to be excellent in getting you rid of procrastination desires. It's been a year and I have only looked at the cover. LOL.

I don't need a supplement, I need this report to magically write itself.

Well I once handed in a play 3 classes late. Teacher said it was the best student-written play she'd ever read though, so I didn't mind.
