Random sh!t I've learned from running my business, getting da puss, and achieving in school.

Eat healthy. Exercise. Look, smell, and act presentable. Form a healthy sleep habit. Organize and Plan. Put work before play. Be on time. Do what you say you're going to do. Finish what you start. Use manners appropriate to your audience. Anchor yourself to something familiar to your audience. Successful people form the habit of doing things unsuccessful people aren't willing to do. Look at your behavior; look at your goals; do they match? Don't ratchet down your goals, ratchet up your behavior. You don't get what you want; you get what you picture; Picture->Expectation->Result. Smile. Speak slowly and clearly with good eye contact. Acting and appearing confident, assertive, and friendly is 90% of the battle. Use your environment to your advantage. Expand your comfort zone. Use a catch phrase to push yourself; mine is "Don't be a little b!tch." Don't try to do everything yourself; ask for help from a knowledgable person, it saves time. Start fast, end slow (business/school). Set concrete goals for yourself with arbitrary deadlines. Use psychology to your advantage. Knowledge is power; research and read to help yourself accomplish anything. It is not your resources that determine the outcome, but your resourcefulness.

If you have any questions about these tips, ask me to explain them. Feel free to add some of your own, or critique some of my choices.

I have something like that. Whenever I'm pushing my self on something, like going for max reps on squats or something similar, whenever I feel like I'm about to run out of steam I say to myself "You've always got a little bit more". Which is true, if I haven't collapsed, then I clearly have at least a little bit more.

It's the lazy man's motivation. It doesn't take much to give "just a little bit more".

How has saying "don't be a little bitch" moved you foward with people or gained you respect or closed a deal for ya. Curious as hell.
It's not your views that divide us, it's what you think my views should be that divides us.

If you think I will give up my rights and forsake social etiquette to make you "FEEL" better you are sadly mistaken

So going to sleep at 2:30 A.M. and waking up at 6:00 on school days, is probably a bad idea. And only staying awake from Arnold Palmer.

And then sleeping in until 11:00 A.M. on the weekend.

I don't know what to do. It is a self perpetuating cycle, if I wake up at 10:30 A.M. you can't go to sleep before midnight.

Funny, I've got a couple catch phrases, but none that push me. Mostly just when something stupid happens I'll say "that's cute" as a sort of comic relief.

You know, there is one quote in particular that's stuck in my mind for years.

It's from the Hagakure (Book of the Samurai) [pronounced Hah*Gah*Koo*Ray]

Some life tips on having good luck with women:

-Hit the weights, get the dates
-Blast your pecs, get lots of sex
-Do the Squat, get laid a lot
-Do the curls, get the girls
-Build your body, score a hottie

And many others not appropriate for the younger users on here =p

In any case, I'm sure the pattern is obvious.

Your argument is: If you become muscular, you'll sleep with girls. I agree with you about 50%. Here's why:

1. The man must approach the woman
a. No matter how attractive a man is, if he doesn't take the shot, he won't get her number--let alone get laid.
b. An extremely muscular physique can have two downsides: (i) cultivating an arrogant personality, (ii) scaring women away--the bulkier you are, the more calm you need to be in approaching girls
c. Improving ones physique most likely improves confidence, which is good to a point.

2. Women care MUCH more about other attributes
a. How cute the guy is (i.e. hair, face, eyes, teeth)
b. How confident the guy is
c. How interesting, mysterious, funny and charming the guy is
