Sleep is for the weak. Actually I reccomend you fake ADD and get a prescription for adderal. You can go on less sleep and it will help you focus.

Hey Rev, I know this is weird and all, but can you help ,e answer this, please? I'm too lazy and tired to think, lol.

Three circles, each centered at a research station with a radius equal to the distance from the epicenter to the particular station, allow one to determine the epicenter location. The location is given by a unique intersection shared by all three circles.

The country has three research stations in the province. Station 1 is 7 miles from the epicenter and located at (6,1). Station 2 is 5 miles from the epicenter and located at (11,8). Station 3 is 4 miles from the epicenter and located at (2,8).

You need to find the epicenter of the earthquake. Verify your observation with computations that make use of any form of equation of the circle.

Try doing homework with your friends or someone else after school, by the way. It makes it less boring for me and kind of compels me to work since I don't want to be a dick and leave my partner to dry out. Works for me, anyway (except usually I finish faster >.>).

Needless to say, I was in the same position you are in right now.
After months of sleeping at 1 or 2 AM, I got used to it. I no longer felt sleepy during the daytime. If you look online, you can find this conditioning method that many people use to be able to sleep only 4 hours a night and be perfectly healthy.

Those sleep schedules don't work. You may not feel like you're sleep deprived while on them but you are. It's just that after a while you become more accustomed to being sleep deprived.

Also what's an AP class?

But just don't ever let work be late and there is nothing wrong with procrastinating. I find that I produce my best work under pressure. I find it hard to churn out meaningful work when I have tons of time. But I never let anything be late. That'd be bad.

Advanced Placement coureses. They are basically college level courses you can take in high school so you don't have to take them in college, which saves time and money.

I probably wouldn't have dropped out of highschool if they offered me those. That sounds exciting.

1. You need to build a better sleeping and working schedule.

Mine goes:
6:00 - 7:00 AM: Wake up, shower, eat, and jog to bus stop.
7:00 - 7:30 AM: Sleep and ride bus to school
7:30 - 8:24 AM: Math III/Pre Cal
8:30 - 8:50 AM: Sleep through study hall... maybe do some math
9:00 - 10:14 AM: Sleep through Humanities unless we have a test
10:20 - 11:04 AM: Try to give a f**k about Computer Graphics and do homework
11:04 - 11: 42 AM: Lunch/Homework/Nap/Chess/DDO
11: 46 - 12:38 AM: AP Chem/Nap
12:42 - 1:07 PM: Study hall/Latin
1:12 - 2:30 PM: Latin
2:30 - 3:30 PM (I'm certain my bus driver gets lost every f**king day): Bus ride home
3:30 - 4:00 PM: Pickup siblings from bus stop and begin preparing dinner
4:00 - 5:00 PM: Nap/Eat/Or prepare uniform for Ride Alongs or Monday meetings
6:00 - 9:00 PM: DDO/Homework/Sleeping or Meetings + Training
9:30 - 11:00 PM: Shower + Yama time
11: 30 PM - 6:00 AM: Sleep

2. You need to get more sleep! Eventually, you will begin having side effects from it, no matter how little sleep you think you need.

But I tend to sleep less. I sleep like 4-5 hours during school days. Though I make up for it during the weekends by sleeping 10-11 hours.

Find some time when you don't need to stay up late, and force yourself to sleep. If you have a roommate, make them lock your computer away until the morning, without telling you the combination to whatever safe.

Put sticky notes every where to remind you to work, and listen to some motivational videos.

First off, do NOT get adderrall! I don't know what Wylted is talking about or why he thinks it would help you. It might, but based on what you've described - probably not! It's a stimulant. Every time I have taken it, I have literally gotten high (and this is coming from someone who has tried all kinds of recreational drugs). It has a come-down like other drugs as well. It suppresses your appetite and DOES encourage focus. It has similar albeit far less strong effects as cocaine, but it IS an amphetamine. In many if not most cases it will make it harder for you to sleep than easier. My ex used to smoke pot specifically because the adderall she took would inhibit her appetite and keep her awake, so she used the weed to make her hungry and tired. I don't think you should take drugs if you don't have to.

I was listening to a great talk by an optomotrist and some other doctor who talked a lot about why we have sleep problems now, particularly because we look at our phones, tablets or computers before bed. It's very bad for our internal sleep patterns. The blue light tells our brain "day time" and makes it hard for us to shut off and detach and disconnect. Instead of looking at a screen of any kind, try reading a paperback novel before bed. Also try not to do anything but sleep in your bedroom (or read) if you can avoid it so that space = sleep and tranquility in your brain.

Try not to have sugar or caffeine 4 hours before bed time. Try to get at least 8 hours of sleep in the night for realz. I was just reading a study about how sleep truly is important for your brain. As someone who both hates sleeping and loves caffeine, I know how tempting it can be to go on little sleep each day because I can. However you should really try to take care of your body, and your brain NEEDS sleep.
