What is your weight and height

I am 5'7 and about 130 pounds, so I'm on the smaller side for a 16 year old. I have very little fat and I am relatively lean due to working out often. It is very difficult for me to gain weight because I have an extraordinary metabolism and I am a track runner (so I burn a lot of calories).

What about you all?

About the same. 5'8" and 135 lbs, lean. I have a very fast metabolism and hike/boulder/swim a lot, so I don't gain much weight.

I'm 5'2" and 136 lbs, or thereabouts. A tiny bit overweight, in my estimation, but it's not incredibly noticeable, thankfully.

It says that your BMI is 24.9, which is just at normal weight. Then again, who trusts BMI nowadays? >.>

I'm 5'10", 145 pounds. I'm actually nearly underweight and the Marines told me that I need to gain some weight.

I'm 5'10", but I just weighed myself and I'm 131 pounds O_o which is weird because I'm not underweight, so I guess that means I have like no muscle or something. I'm pretty sure I have some muscle though.

Damn dude I weigh 50 more pounds than you and I am the same height and I am not fat I still have my six pack if I flex real hard.

You're still a baby; I was lighter than that at your age. You just have to wait for your body to adjust.

I've got a pretty solid frame... and I've always been kind of strong... even though I don't really lift like I used too...

Right now, 5'7 182 lbs Stocky build and a bit overweight.

I fluctuate like crazy, when I was training hard for fencing/badminton I went down to 165 lbs and I don't think I can healthily go any lower than that, and other times I have been as high as 200.

When I am living away from my parents home I usually eat a lot healthier and end up exercising/cycling a lot more (since I don't drive), so I have my lows, while at my parent's house I usually am a stone heavier after a couple months.

Right now am at my parents home... aiming for 170lbs for my cross-country cycle!

185 - 6'1

When I was in my teens I was super skinny too, prob weighed 140 at 16. You guys will thicken naturally with time. Although I also lift weights and drink protein shakes now, without that I'm usually at 170/175.

When I was in high school I did the protein shake thing too... but the digestive complications of that just weren't worth it. (I'm guessing you know what I'm talking about haha)

At some point, probably in the spring when it's warmer, I'm going to get back to lifting... but for now I'm just sort of doing my winter hibernation from the weight room at the gym lol

DDO isn't skinny, it's just that skinny people tend to be more ready to disclose their weight.

I am 6 ft 2 inches tall and weight 156 lbs. I'm looking to be around 140-145 lbs.
