Ok so i got a job but quit shortly after drama and disorganization. My first problem is that no one was willing to work with a newbie like me. The boss magically expected me to do the work and it was every man for himself. 2nd problem is my co-workers kept teasing me but i cared more about my work. After work, they wanted to shave my hair, take me to a strip club to throw money, have sex, and get wasted so i can "be a man." I'm not a pig. I'm a man with morals who's trying to responsibly pay my expenses not waste them. What if i like being a virgin? What if i like long hair? What if i like the way i am? I don't meddle in other people's lives trying to change them so why mess with mine? I can find a better job.

people will always try to compromise your morals. It is a test to see if you are a real man, and will stick to your principles. Just resist temptation and they will give you there respect. Don't keep leaving jobs, just because you are being tested. You will be tested everywhere.

Wow, you had your first job at 21?
Is this common nowadays?

When I was 21, I had at least 20 jobs under my belt, starting when I was 11.
My work here is, finally, done.

The situation will likely be similar wherever you go; you most likely should just get used to that kind of work environment.

Yea might as well..but i feel that job just wasn't it for me. I'm better off working as a cashier since i do have experience in that area.

No, i've had just 1 volunteer job as a cashier. This was kinda my 1st in a completely different position but the boss put me through a test run.

That's just work culture. It's gonna happen everywhere you go, especially in the service industry. My experience with the service industry is that everyone abuses substances to get by. Like everyone... It's bad.

Second job was roofing; I think I was 15 that summer. That is hard miserable work.

Third job was landscaping. I made outstanding money doing that, and I kind of enjoyed the work. I did that at age 16 through the end of high school. (like, when I did my own projects and worked by myself... I could usually net more than $45.00 an hour).

Modern society and its morally deficient individuals will continue to put pressure on those they do not see fit for their ways of life, but wish for it to be different. You should hold on to your morals, and whatever downfall you might experience in that realm should not prevent you from rising and holding on to them even more. Do your best at life, and what is best is for you, not imbeciles, to figure out.

True. My childhood has been unique. It truly depends on what parents expect of their children.
Ex. I purchased every luxury I have (laptop, games, etc) with my own money as my parents refused to.

Yeah some jobs are total crap to work at, I've had my fair share of bad jobs when I was young and experienced similar things. Here's some advice: If someone tries to get you to do something by saying your not a "real man" if you don't do it, just ignore them, there is no such thing as a "real man". That phrase is just an outdated means of coercing others into doing something they don't want to do (kinda like "if your really cool..."). Anyway, good luck in the job market.
