Post pictures of good food/drink that you make here.

Strawberry/mint daiquiri

Hull six strawberries, and add them to a cocktail shaker with twelve fresh mint leaves, a dash of mint or strawberry syrup, and a pinch of turbinado sugar. Muddle until the strawberry is reduced to a pulp. Add three ounces of Brugal Extra Dry Rum and three ounces of strained, fresh-squeezed lime juice. Shake with ice, and double-strain into a chilled champagne saucer or martini glass. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig.

A sour, refreshing beverage. It's not particularly sweet in the manner that most modern daiquiris are.

I recently made these popsicles (I'm sorry, I had to eat one before I could take a picture).
http://oi58.tinypic.com...

Bottom layer = watermelon chunks blended with coconut almond milk, then strained (only used the liquid). Second layer = mango pieces blended with orange juice (did not strain this). Threw some raspberries on top.

This is my go-to chicken thigh recipe

Instead of potatoes, I use parsnips. Sometimes I'll throw some goat cheese on the chicken, a few olives and eat it with quinoa. I have a pic of this but I'm too lazy to upload it. Just trust me, it's good :)
