I am having a harder and harder time focusing on computer screens, and I can't read the TV guide without squinting whereas I could easily six months ago. I'm not sure what's going on, but I don't like it.

It could be fatigue. My doctor said that looking at computers and TV screens for prolonged periods of time tires out the eyes, and that you should "rest" them by taking a day or two off, largely free from those things. Maybe that will help. If not, go see your doctor. *hugs* I hope you get better, Tiger.

Given that I spend 14 hours a day, between work, school and DDO staring at a screen.... that would make sense.

Maybe you should take tomorrow off (as much as is possible) from your electronic devices. It may help.

Maybe...and I really hate to say this...you should stay off DDO for a night or two if it is bothering you that much. Cut down your usage.

It might be fatigue as noted by Bsh, but you have contacts I think...so you might have worse eyesight now that you're beginning to notice.
