When I was 4/5 I was running across this field being chased by a dog. It caught me. I don't know if its intent was aggressive or not but I was terrified nonetheless. In later years whenever I would take a walk through my neighborhood I would be barked at by all the neighbors' dogs. Some even ran towards me. One time after this happened I got mad enough that I seriously contemplated going to re-visit that same route holding a metal baseball bat and smashing the face of whatever dog tried to confront me.

Same - but more to the point of the OP, your parents really should have consulted you before bringing it home. If you are nervous or uncertain around it tell your parents.

And that includes , you being totally unaware of anything . In a 48 hr window. I also offer a premium service but that's for like getting even with people. And displaying the dog in a most horrific way. For the owner to find.
However I'm sure you will become best of friends.
