Feel free to ask questions of me, her, or both. Or neither, I guess.

How did you two "meet" on DDO?

What were your reactions upon seeing each other for the first time? Did you introduce yourself as "Hi, I'm (your name) and you know me as Maikuru on DDO?" I'm always curious how people who meet on the internet under usernames introduce themselves.

Why didn't you invite us to your wedding?

Who cooks better among the two of you?

1. Is Lamerde the same person as Tulle?

Yes.

2. What happened to my wedding invitation?

The truth is that nobody got one. We eloped lol.

3. Would y'all like to join me on a episode of the Philochristos Show?

We'd like that :)

4. What's your favourite TV show?

Maikuru's is Lost. Mine is probably the original Sailor Moon series. Currently we're watching Avatar: The Last Airbender and we can see it becoming a favourite.

5. Which of you has the upper hand in the relationship?

I read that out loud to Maikuru and he said "Why don't you answer that? I'll answer separately." I feel like that answers that :p

In all seriousness though, Maikuru is suuuuper chill. Like crazy chill. I'm crazy and not chill. So naturally he acquiesces to me more.

Maikuru says: We respect each other equally and defer to each other on different things. I think we"ve come to understand each others" strengths and weaknesses and when we should each take charge or follow. In general, though, I think I acquiesce more than she does, but that"s by design. I am more laid-back and I know she is the forward-thinker and creative thinker in the relationship.

It's funny that we both used the word "acquiesce" - we typed our responses separately.

6. Are y'all gonna have kids?

Yes and they're going to be so pretty ^_^

7. If the zombie apocalypse broke out, what would you do and where would you go?

He asked me this the other day and my response was "why can't we outrun them?" I will defer to him during a zombie apocalypse. Luckily, Canada is coming up with an action plan: https://www.youtube.com...

Maikuru's answer: In an ideal scenario, I would hit the water. With fishing supplies, standard survival gear, first-aid, a water craft capabale of both self-propelled and motorized movement, and weapons for self-defense, you could survive indefinitely on the water, assuming the occassional brief visit to land for emergency resupplies. Realistically, while I live near the water, I don"t have access to any of those things lol. I"d take what supplies I have and lamerde and I would hit the woods, which are near to me. We live in cold enough weather and I have enough survival knowledge to feasibly outlast any immediate threats.

My response to that: http://oi66.tinypic.com...

8. What's your favourite meal?

I can't say I have a favourite. I love food and I love to eat. If I had to pick my go-to when I eat at restaurants, if nothing else piques my interest, I usually default to steak or pork back ribs.

Maikuru judges a restaurant by their cheeseburger.

9. How do you find a word that means Maria?

A flibbertygibbet, a will of a wisp, a CLOWN. I love that movie. I watch it with my family every Christmas (not sure why...).

Maikuru: What...?

I forced Maikuru to watch it with me a couple of years ago. He had a bunch of preconceived notions about it and expected to hate it, but really enjoyed it :)

10. How do you feel about gravitational waves?

My turn to say "What...?"

Maikuru: I wanna make a joke about that being pretty heavy.

What is the sex like?

In detail?

Do you ever get jealous of the sexual tension between Tulle and YYW?

Which Spiderman movie was the best?

Did you see the early 90s spiderman movie that was made for tv?

WTF is with Spiderman being pro registration according to the ads for the Civil war movie?

My tastes are kind of all over the place. The first album I ever bought (as in, I literally walked into a record store and purchased it) was 'Love Deluxe' by Sade. I was a freshman in high school and really had no right listening to it, but she's still one of my favorite artists.

The second album I bought was 'Stunt' by the Barenaked Ladies, which I still love.

Fleetwood Mac's 'Rumours' is one of the best albums of all time.

I'm also a big Fiona Apple fan, so one of hers. Maybe 'When the Pawn...'

Marianas Trench's Masterpiece Theatre is an excellent album where I can listen to and enjoy nearly every song.

Ok Go's Of the Blue Color of the Sky is another one I still listen to - the songs I like, I love, but there are more that I skip over (yes, I still use CDs lol).

Panic at the Disco - A Fever You Can't Sweat Out. Similar to Ok Go, the songs I like, I love, but I skip over quite a few.

These paint a skewed picture of my music interests, since there are other genres and other artists I prefer, but I don't typically listen to whole albums. Access to these albums and nostalgia have a lot to do with it.

When the Pawn is great. The only issue I have with her stuff is that everything she does sounds the same. I haven't listened to the Idler Wheel, so maybe that's changed.

Maikuru wants to answer these separately.

At 3/18/2016 2:34:45 AM, F-16_Fighting_Falcon wrote:

What's funny is he ignored me for years because apparently he thought I was a troll. My username at one point was nonentity and I had one of the default profile pics as a tongue-in-cheek thing, and he refused to read my posts for some reason. So when I changed back to tulle, I added him as a friend and told him who I was and he was like "Oh I think you added me as a friend as nonentity a couple days ago?" It was like several months prior. So yeah, I wasn't even a blip on his radar.

He PM'd me soon after I became tulle and we started chatting. I'll let him explain his motivations for PMing me lol. I had a boyfriend at the time and didn't think anything of it. Then we started Skyping - again, all the while I was telling my boyfriend about "this really cool guy on DDO" haha.

Then one day we were video calling and Danielle called me in the middle of it so I told him I'd be back. I talked to Danielle, and she asked what I was doing. I said I was talking to Maikuru. She said (seemingly randomly) "do you like him?" It was so out of the blue but her mafia instincts are superior lol. I said "No, of course not! Wait. What? Maybe... I guess yeah." I literally hadn't thought about it before she asked. I told him the next day and (almost) immediately broke up with my boyfriend. The rest is history :p

What were your reactions upon seeing each other for the first time? Did you introduce yourself as "Hi, I'm (your name) and you know me as Maikuru on DDO?" I'm always curious how people who meet on the internet under usernames introduce themselves.

Umm I wish I could remember. I feel like I said "hey" and he was pretty out of breath from running across the airport lol. It was awkward because we had already said we loved each other before we met. I was like "should I kiss this stranger?" so I kept hugging him to avoid that (sorry hun).

Why didn't you invite us to your wedding?

Maybe if Juggle will fund it we can have a party :p

Who cooks better among the two of you?

Definitely me. I love to eat and by default, I have to cook. I hate to clean. So I cook, he cleans.

If you could trade each other for a celebrity for one day, who would you pick?

I know the "right answer" is no one, but based on looks alone I'd say Liam Hemsworth. Generally though, I don't have celebrity crushes. They tend to disappoint.

Religion:

None.

Position on the creationism-evolution controversy:

Pro evolution.

What do you think happens when you die:

Nothing. It's just the end.

Most hated religion:

Don't have one.

Opinion on human nature:

It's nice to look at from inside.

Political ideology:

For the sake of simplicity, "liberal." I understand that that means different things depending on where you go.

Presidential candidate:

According to a quiz, I'm most similar to Bernie Sanders. I purposefully avoid following the American election though.

Most hated political ideology:

Any of the ones on the right.

Opinion on feminism:

I'm not a fan of "white feminism." However, I think equality of the sexes should be the default position and agree with a lot of feminist theory and philosophy.

Preferred form of government:
Preferred economic system:

I dunno.

Do you think you are intelligent:

Yes.

Favorite color:

I don't really have one, but I tend to focus on black, white, grey, brown, and red.

Favorite TV show:

The original Sailor Moon.

Favorite movie:

Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone.

Favorite quote:

It used to be "Be the change you want to see in the world" until I learned that Gandhi was incredibly racist.

My other favourite quote is "The best way out is through." Hopefully, someone doesn't tell me that Robert Frost was also racist.

Favorite art form:

I have a soft spot for impressionism but I'll go with realism through and through.

Aww, the poor boyfriend. "Remember the awesome guy I was talking to online? Yeah, I'm interested in him. Time to break up."

Don't feel bad for him. He cheated on me. I tried to work things out, then realized I was into Maikuru anyway.

Hi everyone. As DDO's resident married couple, lamerde and I are doing an ask us anything/honest opinions.

Feel free to ask questions of me, her, or both. Or neither, I guess.

Why does Lamerde seem to have undergone a personality transplant (since her Tulle persona) , or is she a completely different person?

Lamerde called herself crazy, and sure seems to have an entirely contrary spirit than Tulle did?

Maybe Mairuku and Lamerde are married allright - maybe they're the same person and Tulle's identity is been hyjacked?

notice the same word usage and writing style?

I checked this sh!t out when I first got here cuz YYW mentioned Tulle, and I was dippin in the drama.

There is something off about you, but I like it
yeah I'm kinda out there - but it's also why I'm so on! This is what happens when people like me are marginalized into isolation, and, since I won't give in to going crazy, I notice details that no one else does. and then post my observations.

So you post a few threads (out of literally thousands) to support your conclusions and think you know me...?

I'm going to pretend this is not weird. It depends on who I'm talking to and what I'm talking to them about.

But I like your theory. Maybe I'm secretly RoyalPaladin and I killed tulle and Maikuru's never met tulle.

Maikuru replied to my comment the other day, "Users should be aware that anything they post on DDO is open source archival data and thus can be used for research purposes. Researchers could extend a courtesy and ask users for permission before doing so, but in strict ethical terms, they don't have to."

I understood that he would be OK with an individual to research him, so I did and posted it back to him.

Sure. That doesn't make the fact that you went back through my posts to draw bogus conclusions any less weird.
