It's a great thing! It is a relief to tell someone, often an anonymous person you don't know is perfect.
However, whilst this is a great community with many caring folk, it is also a public forum readable by the whole world.

Please do reach out, but at the same time, don't give info you don't need to.
Your health is a deeply personal thing, in the future you might wish you had just held back a bit on the info you posted.

Post, share, reach out, just don't give unnecessary confidential & personal health information on a public forum.

I'm against oversharing too. Also offline, we don't tell strangers everything. Some information is reserved only for our family and close friends or simply those we trust. Everything you say can be used against you. But it's not only this. Sharing too many details about yourself can be also boring. We all know these annoying types of people who in any conversation are constantly focused on themselves, tiring everyone with the long stories about their poor health or their families, especially children they are extremely proud of.
He wished to turn his countenance from the smoldering rubble, but saw from amidst the embers that a few chaff would not burn away. To these, he stared into the eye of God sneering, and called them, 'Promethean.'
