I have often gone back to reading the Enchiridion, and have a particular interest in and admiration for stoicism. Does anyone have any thoughts on this? I sumbled upon it after studying the Rule of Benedict.

Never heard of Enchiridion,care to give a short, short summary?

Its very short, but somewhat complex in the study of stoicism.
