Technically speaking, I suppose this article could be in the "science" section, but this has more to do with the philosophy of cosmology.

It's a really good interview transcipt with philosopher of physics Tim Mauldin.

It hits on everything from the nature of time, to the "fine tuning" of the universe, multiple universes, aliens, and Hawking being uninformed about philosophy. :P

They do have a noticeable tilt to the left, but their articles are still engaging and interesting- you just have to keep in mind the perspective things are coming from.

The real value though is on cultural issues or on interesting takes/perspectives on political issues.

That article was pretty interesting, thanks. I may have to take up reading that publication every now and then.
