For those of you familar with Virtue Ethics, what is your definition of human flourishing? My definition is: the realization of a morally good project; a morally good project would be any project that leads to the production of something inherently good or morally neutral, as opposed to a project that leads to destruction or the production of something inherently evil.

That's inherently either circular or trivial, sorry. We cannot define human flourishing as a good project, when human flourishing is what we call good, otherwise we just call good a project, and we've skipped a lot of steps and got to the blatant problem.
Give a man a fish, he'll eat for a day. Teach him how to be Gay, he'll positively influence the GDP.
