If you ever wonder what a particular fallacy is, post the text or picture in question here and people will name that fallacy.

False reductio ad absurdum, because the argument assumes there can only be one cause for all animal names being in English.

Also, "Then why are all animal names in English?" sets up a tautology, because the names to which it refers are, by definition, English words i.e. English is defined as language consisting of those words.

"primal man had the habit, when he came into contact with fire, of satisfying the infantile desire connected with it, by putting it out with a stream of his urine... Putting out the fire by micturating was therefore a kind of sexual act with a male, an enjoyment of sexual potency in a homosexual competition."

The easiest way to spot a fallacy is to put the argument in a syllogism. Strictly speaking, the picture didn't make an argument. It asked a question. But it implied an argument that goes like this:

1. If Adam had not spoken English, then animals would not have English names.
2. Animals have English names.
3. Therefore, Adam spoke English.

This is a valid modus tollens argument, so there is not fallacy. The problem with the argument is that the first premise is false.
"Not to know of what things one should demand demonstration, and of what one should not, argues want of education." ~Aristotle

"It is the mark of an educated mind to be able to entertain a thought without accepting it." ~Aristotle
