Well arguing this topic just gets stressful since both sides can be so stubborn.

Israel. For awhile I drifted on the Palestine side, but I started to realize that was just a result of suppressing my support for Israel. I have pretty much always supported Israel.

To sum it up simply:

-Holocaust happens, jews get their homeland they have been striving for since the 19th century.
-Arabs also move in, claiming it's their land
-Jews deny this claim, backed up by historical evidence
-Arabs create own revisionist history to refute these claims
-Israel creates IDF to defend itself, Arabs create Hamas and other militia groups to defend themselves
-war and violence ensures

...I don't get it. Why is there a conflict? It seems like the Arabs are wrong at every turn; the land belongs to the Jews. Right?....

That's what the conflict is about. Historically, it is the traditional homeland of the jewish people, but arabs also claim it is their's having moved in after jews were exiled by the Roman empire.

To a certain extent, yes. However, there's alot of revisionist history and such created intended to make the Arab's claims more legit. Many people don't realize that it was pretty much a barren wasteland before Israel was created.

So...does it matter what anyone's view of it is? The violence will still apparently continue...

The violence will probably continue until a compromise is met, but to different people that means different things. To extremist jews, that means banishing the Arabs while to extremist arabs it means banishing the jews. Then you have the moderates who support the various suggestions to redraw the borders. So yea, it's really not that simple to solve, but I wish it was. :/

Knowing human nature, it'll probably be constant war until one side is annihilated :\

Palestinians, Israeli/Syriac Muslims.
Kosovars, Serb Muslims.

Genes and culture don't lie. Just because you have a different faith doesn't make you an interdependent state.

People who legitimation need their nations states like Kurds(Turkey/Iran) and the Sahrawi(Morocco/Western Sahara) have there voices overruled by butthurt antisemites and their brain washed kids.

That's the thing though. Most "human rights" activists speak out against the supposed Israeli atrocities committed against Palestinians while not even saying a peep about Kurds or anybody else.

Kurds got their language, distinctive clothing and ethnic festivals banned by the Ottomans, the law was lifted only about 10 years ago. I really doubt the Palestinians have ever had to go though that sort of treatment by the Israelis.

They haven't which is another point I was making, yet according to "human rights activists" they're treated worse than Kurds. It's pure hypocrisy.

More like Arabs lived there first then Jews came in. Believe it or not it wasn't really "A land without people for a people without land." sh!t you zionists cling to.
