Of course not, in a 100% free market, that would likely be a booming business.

I actually don't think it would be a good business. The probability of not putting out is high, premiums would thus be on a similar magnitude to just going to a brothel after she doesn't put out, which defeats the whole point of insurance. Also, you wouldn't want a girl to find your insurance card lying around.

reminds me of that joke where this guy is talking about how you can go to this bar, and for a half a buck, they give you dinner, beer and you get to get laid in the back room :)

"so have you actually been to this bar?"
"no, but my sister's been"
You will say that I don't really know you
And it will be true.

Do you think there is a serious moral issue with that? Besides the fact that it's a stupid idea I don't have a problem with it.

It would be insurance actually offered through dating sites (like match.com). They hook you up, and provide insurance, incase their "match" doesn't _______________________________ (you can put whatever you want in there, just change the premium) on a first date. That way, they have control over who you see, and can weed out those that are only intending to scam the insurance for cheap sex.

Not if it was voluntary. Problem is, nothing in capitalism ever is. You think prostitutes do it because they want to?

Well... many of them do, yes. There are prostitutes with college degrees who decided not to use them because it wasn't as good of a business.

Can we just settle this once and for all? Are you voluntaryist or not? Do you want people to voluntarily choose to live in your 2,000 person, sustainable communities, or are you going to force them to? Because if your system is implemented voluntarily, then your ideology isn't fundamentally at odds with negative rights. This is the million dollar question no Marxist ever wants to answer.

What is your definition of voluntary? My definition of voluntary is "not coerced by physical force." If a prostitute thinks the monetary gain of being a prostitute is greater than the unpleasantness of having sex with someone she would rather not and her client thinks the sex is worth the money, both have benefited from the transaction and it can hardly be called involuntary.

You seem to think that if someone prefers not to do something, it's involuntary when they do it in exchange for something they want. That's preposterous: it is a simple fact that we must do things we don't want to do things we do want to do. Even if you were the only person in the world, this would be necessarily true. I cannot eat I sandwich (something I prefer to do) without making it (something I prefer not to do). How does dividing such duties make in involuntary? More importantly, how do you propose to eliminate this problem?

That might work, if it was changed to first 3 dates or something. Might. I probably wouldn't invest in it though.
