I heard he did.

I will update with source later.

Isn't he for states/churches deciding this matter, not a federal government making regulations on abortions and nominating pro-life activists?

I am not asserting any political stance; I am just curious.
If Jesus came back tomorrow, a cross would be the last thing he would want to see.

If you hear him talk he will often say how he thins abortion is immoral and that his experience as an OB/Gyn solidified this belief.
You didn't build that-Obama

Yes, he is. But that stance agrees with many of the things the pro-life side advocates. Overturning Roe v. Wade, for example, and not having any federal funding for abortions or stem cell research.
