Yup, I should be able to do whatever the hell I want on my property... If I don't want someone, or a certain race, on my property... I should be able to keep them off...

If I don't want to trade with a certain race or certain people, I shouldnt have to... That is all

I do agree though I'm sure a bunch of ignoramuses will come in and equate racism with property rights.

You should be arguing to repeal the part of the Civil Rights act that forces you to not discriminate against negroes in restaurants and whatnot. The entire civil rights act has much more than that simply section (aand many many many more positive effects).

It should definitely not be repealed, and I would MUCH rather keep it in its current form (property rights violated or not) than be rid of it all together.

Property rights are limited. The home has different property rights than the restaurant, whereas the restaurant is open to a public. A place open to the public cannot be discriminative like a place open to job application cannot deny someone a job for their race. It is immoral, and the government is to uphold morali.....why do I bother. You're way too lost to get anything.

Why not... Of course, companies that discriminate wont make it very long in a free market in the first place...

And, in what sense are private restaurants "open to the public"?

If I show up at a Restaurant Naked, do they have a right to "discriminate" against me?

Of course, being kicked off the property of someone else for your race has much less serious consequences than being raped or killed either way :P.

Well, you're unlikely going to get the needed support with that view point.

The "rape-and-murder-zone" is right next to my "zombie-survival zone" and my "Team Jacob property" stickers. It's not my fault if they don't take that one seriously.

If it was at your home, no you wouldn't. If it was at a place of business, you'd simply be sued, not arrested.

Actually, the state cannot prevent you from entering into private contracts with racial restrictions, or enforcing racial restrictions on your own property. There is no cause of action against individuals for civil rights breaches - civil rights are conferred by the state. There are many statutes that prevent you from engaging in discriminatory employment and the like... if you put up your sign, you may be charged by the STATE under a hate crime statute, but probably not by another individual.

What you are after is the repeal of all laws that create a cause of action against individuals, not against the state.

I do agree though I'm sure a bunch of ignoramuses will come in and equate racism with property rights.

Lol why is it immoral? I agree it's stupid and racist but no rights are violated.

Unless of course you think everyone has the right to trespass on anyone's property they want in which case there isn't much use arguing with you.

Yup, I should be able to do whatever the hell I want on my property... If I don't want someone, or a certain race, on my property... I should be able to keep them off...

If I don't want to trade with a certain race or certain people, I shouldnt have to... That is all

And if I want to rape and murder people that walk on to my property, who the hell is the state to tell me I can't?!

Depends, is either "No Trespassing," "Rape-and-Murder-zone," or something to that effect clearly posted?

The "rape-and-murder-zone" is right next to my "zombie-survival zone" and my "Team Jacob property" stickers. It's not my fault if they don't take that one seriously.

Neither Zombie survival zone nor Team Jacob property have any substantial legal consequences on the status of trespassers (unless zombies were actually present somehow) in which case any reasonable presumption that killing mindless mythological beasts preemptively is acceptable is overturned for that property).

Besides, it's simply solved by making it look like other legal notices (such as no-loitering, no-smoking, cameras prohibited, etc).
It came to be at its height. It was commanded to command. It was a capital before its first stone was laid. It was a monument to the spirit of man.

Um... you can... you just can't go to court and ask the state to enforce it.

Uh, no, I can't.... If I put up a sign that said "No Colored Folk allowed"... I would eventually be thrown in jail... If I resisted enough, I would be killed...

If it was at your home, no you wouldn't. If it was at a place of business, you'd simply be sued, not arrested.

What If I resisted arrest?

You're not being arrested, you're being sued. If you don't show up to court, you forfeit the trial and the other party automatically wins. After that, you owe them money, if you refuse to pay your debts, there are consequences to that, but those will exist with or without the state.

How would they enforce this arrest?

At some point, the guns have to come out.
