Ron Paul, Santorum, and Romney are tied with 7 delegates each! Ron Paul still in first! Delegates are more important than votes. The caucus votes were like a straw poll, the delegates matter most.

Business Insider says Ron Paul may have secretly won Iowa. Very interesting article.

Spin it however you need to in order to keep your narrative going.

2 weeks ago it was "Ron Paul is soooo far in first that everyone else is just battling for second." Now, he gets 3rd in the votes and the delegates feel sorry enough for him to give him tied for 1st. Now we move to NH where what are his numbers there?

You just made that up. Why didnt they feel sorry for Huntsman, Bachmann, Perry, and Gingrich? Your theory is bullsh!t and you know it . Nobody gets delegate votes by making people feel sorry for them. Get real.

Now we move to NH where what are his numbers there?

Ron Psul is in the significany first place. Romney has clear win in NH only because hes from there. Ron Paul is strong second. Romney numbers will be disregarded and insignificant unless he bombs in his home state.

Come on, everyone feels sorry for Paul. That's all you hear about him about how unfair it is that he doesn't get more attention, and how he is ignored and bla bla bla, let's have pity on him.

NH is arguably the most libertarian state in the nation, which are usually Paul's biggest followers, yet Romney his beating Paul nearly 2.5 to 1.

If we go down to SC and FL (the next states), Paul is back into single digit support.

Geo,

There's no way Ron Paul will win the nomination (as much as I'd like to see it). The important thing from Iowa isn't delegates, it's momentum and perception. Paul did well, but still finished a distant third, and when it comes to the bigger states like Florida and SC, money is a HUGE factor, and Paul will struggle.

Doubtful. I believe Paul is only behind Romney and Perry in fundraising.

But yeah, Paul stands no chance now either way. Romney likely has over a >90% chance of winning the nomination now.

It seems that you have a propensity to believe absurdities because you want to, despite that the reality is. 9/11, Illuminati, and now Pauls chances in this race.

Yeah, when I first saw 9/11, I was like,"Your a 9/11 conspiracy believer?!?!?!?".....Now it's good.

The fact that Romney has much more to spend is kinda my point, and if Romney wins NH massively, donations for other candidates will dwindle. Anyway, Paul has virtually no chance at getting the nomination, but you gotta love Geo looking on the positives, even if it was a slightly disappointing night for Paul, truth be told.

Normally, a 3rd place finish with 20+% of the vote would be considered a huge win for Paul, who has only recently broken the 10% support nationally. But since he was polled to be in 1st just weeks before the election only to see the polls slip him to 2nd and then have Santorum come out of nowhere to bump him down to thrid, it seems like his ride on the "bump" train is going to be short and little (poor Paul).
