The first video shows Ron Paul delivering a speech on the house floor in 2002 in which he literally predicts with chilling accuracy most of the events that would dominate America and the world in the next decade. (While they might be obvious to us now, he was mocked for most of them back then. He predicted the extent of our current recession when nobody doubted the good health of the economy.)

The second video shows Ron Paul predicting a 9/11 like terrorist event and explaining why it would happen. The reasons he provides are exactly why 9/11 was inevitable - in short, the CIA-coined term "blowback." This is confirmed in the official 9/11 commission report and in Bin Laden's stated reasons for his attacks.

The third video shows Ron Paul predicting the collapse of the housing market half a decade before it occurred. He explains exactly why it will occur. Nobody listened to him at the time; in fact government officials such as Barney Frank emphatically denied such a housing bubble accumulating.

If there exists a modern day prophet, there is no doubt that his name is Ron Paul.

People wonder why there is a "Ron Paul cult". It is because he is intelligent AND not full of sh1t. Plus, he gets a lot of poosie. Every man wants to be him.

You whole statement just made me dislike him more, or at least those who support him.

I'm pretty sure his last two sentences were just trolling. Please don't associate all Ron Paul supporters with those statements.

Do you disagree with his predictions, or do you disagree with his stances on other issues?

I know, and I don't. It's just sadly, the loud and annoying tend to be the ones that get attention. In fact, I bet that's how stereotypes start.

But seriously, if Geo wants anyone to be a Ron Paul supporter, he should just say he supports Romney, or Santorum.

Several Keynesian economists predicted these problems as well.

@Royalpaladin Well Ron Paul obviously didn't come up with these. Someone wrote them down and told him thats what was going to happen unless the government and the economy changed it's ways. And he read it to congress.

Not as soon, not as comprehensively, and not in so many subject areas.
