A parliamentary sytem combines the legislature and executiv; your suggestion is pointless and would likely be disasterous

Legislature: creates statutes
Judicature: interprets and applies statutes
Executive Administration: carries out statutes

How come everyone thinks I support this?

My point was to then see how the DDO system is. The moderator system is a combination of a legislator and a judiciary because of the ambiguous and on occasion non-existent legislation, and this non-existent or ambiguous legislation being carried out through the judiciary/legislative.

Also, parliamentary systems don't combine the two, I have no idea where you got that from.

I reviewed the posts and saw none that said you supported it, most just think its stupid. Then there was that parliamentary nonsense, but ignorance is legal.
