Ron Paul official has at least half of the delegates in both Iowa and Minnesota.

He's so far behind in delegates that he would basically have to win all the rest, especially in places like California. I think it's still mathematically possible for him to win, but obviously not likely. I think Paul will stay in the race until it becomes mathematically impossible to win.

He doesn't have to win, just needs a brokered convention to have a shot.

Funny since both of those states already went to Santorum and since Romney has more than 10x as many delegates as Ron Paul does.

Romney = 844
Paul = 79

Santorum = 260
Gingrich even has 137

Hop off the Ron Paul campaign already hes dead in the water and hes been that way Since March when the two states he actually had a shot in (North Dakota and Alaska) he ended up losing both.

Both of those states were declared prematurely, before the delegates to the convention were actually chosen. As it turns out, surprise, surprise, they underestimated Paul.

Santorum dropped out, so if santorum stayed in it would have not been underestimation, but still, he should drop out, they all should. 'Cept romney

Paul is beating Romney in both states, which definitely wasn't predicted by major news outlets.

I've asked before at least a dozen times and don't think I've ever got an answer, where's Romney's appeal? How is he at all different from Obama on any major issue? Or do you just not like having a black guy lead the country? That's honestly the only describable difference I can see between the two.

Because Romney is the best they got
Santorum has his strong points but hes a little too religious for some people, Gingrich on the other hand has more then enough crap to deal with too. Paul on the other hand has views that go directly against Republican ideological beliefs and his allegience lies more with libertarians than republicans, but what alienates Ron Paul from most people is that A) Almost all of his supporters exist only on the internet and cant even vote because they dont feel like registering, and B) because he ahs some questionable policies that offset his otherwise smarter ones (He wants to shut down how many government agencies?)

Same here, but I don't buy into the whole lesser of two evils crap, especially when it comes to vocal support rather than voting support.

Hah. If you believe Romney will cut anything you are a sucker. He will cut the rate of growth of some programs to make a few confusing headlines, but he'll let the government get bigger and his buddies richer.
