Damn. I was one character away from being able to include a question mark in the title. Oh well, moving on.

Pretty straight-forward, really (or maybe not, I don't know); with the NDAA being passed in December, and, possibly to a lesser extent, the TSA searches, do you feel as if US citizens have lost the right to "protection from unwarranted searches and seizures?" (Paraphrasing)

What's the NDAA do?
It's simple enough to avoid TSA searches, just don't fly. Now of course, this is a violation of the airline's rights (unless the airline consents to those rules, I dunno), but it's not a fourth amendment violation.
It came to be at its height. It was commanded to command. It was a capital before its first stone was laid. It was a monument to the spirit of man.
