Ron Paul's Audit the Fed passes with a 327 to 98 vote. All republicans except one voted in favor of the bill and 89 democrats voted against it (no surprise there with the secretive, complicit fvcks).

This is H.R. 459, which is also known as the Federal Reserve Transparency Act of 2011. It's stated objective, "To require a full audit of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System and the Federal reserve banks by the Comptroller General of the United States before the end of 2012, and for other purposes."

Lol I didn't know that there were any black British kids, let alone 2 of them.

But anyway good for Ron Paul. Even if I don't agree with him all of the time, I respect him immensely for actually caring about issues.

Congress can override. Given what happened in the house, I think they may be able to override if Obama vetos. How much do y'all wanna bet that Obama will veto?

None, and it would be a huge political victory for the right.

As if Obama cared about anyone's rights lmao! And this isn't just a victory for the right. Its a victory for the people. Even Dennis Kucinich supported this bill.

How is it an incentive for a Democrat President to veto the bill and in doing so offering the opposition a political victory?

What incentive is there for Obama to veto such a bill?:

Well, in his term he's voted on massively expanding their power. Secondly, his treasury secretary, Timothy Geithner, is a former head of the FED's NYC branch. Geithner, HEAD OF THE TREASURY, evaded his taxes. WTF?!?!

Audit the Fed is a true bi-partisan effort. Even though there is not near unanimous consensus among Democrats like there is with the GOP, a whole lot of Dems have jumped on board with it -- including uber-liberals like Sen. Saunders and Kucinich. Even that scumbag, weasel f*cktard, Barney Frank, (who initially opposed it) has jumped on board.

Hopefully the audit reveals facts so damning that it leads to death of America's second central banking system. Hopefully Andrew Jackson and the founding fathers can stop turning in their graves now.

The bill hasn't passed congress. Only the house of representatives. It's moving onto the senate now and then will go to the presidents desks.

I find the whole thing very strange.

Kucinich has been among the most outspokenly supportive of auditing the fed. No surprise there. He and Ron Paul are good friends.

Call me a cynic but I'm thinking there must be something fundamentally wrong with the bill.

Anyone care to explain to me why more Republicans voted on yea on this than Democrats? That just doesn't make any sense to me.
