Which political ideology does the internet fall under?
By the internet I mean western (american and british) internet or the least censored internet if there is one.
Because I think it's possibly the political position that I would subscribe too, at the minute I think it's classic liberal?

That's a bit like arguing a hammer is inherently communist.

Some images/systems can be more easily utilized to the purposes of an ideology, but objects are not inherently ideological, only people's interpretation and usage of objects can lead to claims of ideology.

If we learn tomorrow that the actual inventors of the internet were all communists or fascists, should that effect whether we consider the internet to be "democratic" or not?

I'm not arguing anything. I'm asking which ideology it is, or which ideology it falls under most, which it is most utilized with. It's more liberal than it is totalitarian.

I think "the internet" in this case means "the big network of people".

You're 14. You watch porn.

Well, duh. Nobody would really vote for Santorum.

I'm surprised there were no negative campaign ads stating he wanted to ban porn. Damnit that would be the best political ad ever.
