To start, let's look at spending. That video cited politifact for that one (can see it by the graph). However, it fails to award Obama credit for passing a 3 trillion dollar debt increase. And many other factors. Once added, Obama is a hefty spender.

For unemployment, yes it's falling, but higher then when he took office based on the U6 rate, more accurate then the main government one.

The video is pure propaganda. The main method is to falsely equate metrics with the claims. For example, "regulation" is claimed to be measured by the number of new regulations. In fact, bureaucracies have the power to vastly expand government control under existing law. The Obama Administration has been cranking out new regs at the rate of 10,000 pages per month, two and a half times the Bush rate.

The EPA imposed regulations on utilities that will cost $7 trillion over 90 years. Great, no new taxes there. The Americans with Disabiities Act was expanded so that elevators are now required in swimming pools, among a myriad of ridiculous requirements. A minor-league baseball stadium was prevented from opening on grounds the restroom mirrors were a half inch too high.

Dodd-Frank, old legislation, has been stepped up, imposing restrictions on loans that crippling housing and small business. It's cost 1.8 million jobs in the financial sector during the past three years. But that doesn't count ...

Obamacare sets up over 130 new government regulatory agencies expected to issue between 100,000 and 140,000 pages of rules. They will effectively ban the private practice of medicine, because it will take a huge, expensive bureaucracy to fight the government. The vast costs are not counted as taxes, but they are likely to cost more than $500 billion. Obamacare does impose 22 new taxes that are called taxes, and the Supreme Court ruled the "penalties" to be taxes. These taxes fall heavily on the middle class.

Is there any doubt that Obama believes that government control is a wonderful thing?
