The History of Labor Day

Labor Day: How it Came About; What it Means

Labor Day, the first Monday in September, is a creation of the labor movement and is dedicated to the social and economic achievements of American workers. It constitutes a yearly national tribute to the contributions workers have made to the strength, prosperity, and well-being of our country.

Actually it's Socialism day, not Communism day. That is why German National Socialists also promoted Labor Day celebrations.

National socialism is not socialism, bruh, just because "socialism" is in the name. Pretty sure it's in fact fascism.

Funny that this day is the 1st May everywhere else in the world. Specially If you consider that date comes from events in USA.

Also, as they said above, Communism =/= Socialism =/= National Socialism

While communism requires socialism, these are very different things, and the term socialism varies so much its meaning that some people even use it to refer to socialdemocracy.

National Socialism was, in the other, an incredibly reactionary ideology that did usually find allies in big businessmen. There's just no point to compare them from. Learn history people.
