Which victimless "crimes" should be illegal?

Some examples of victimless activities that may be criminalized include:
-individual purchase and consumption of recreational drugs (provided one does not hurt -anyone else due to the effects)
-prostitution and/or soliciting for prostitution
-public nudity or fornication (providing there are no witnesses that have not consented; see dogging)
-individual possession of guns (provided one does not hurt anyone with that gun)
-not using a seatbelt in a car (could arguably, potentially, harm another individual, but almost irrelevantly so)
-disobeying evacuation or curfew orders issued for natural disasters (such as a hurricane)
-gambling with one's own money
-engaging in same-sex activity
-tax evasion
-jay walking

Most of them.

Some examples of victimless activities that may be criminalized include:
-individual purchase and consumption of recreational drugs (provided one does not hurt -anyone else due to the effects)
-prostitution and/or soliciting for prostitution

Assuming this is about female prostitutes, prostitution may lead to pronounced gender discrimination in the workplace. Some societies incorporate prostitution into business negotiations, which essentially shuts out women from participating in business negotiations, since they can't enjoy female prostitutes as men do. Such societies have a gigantic wage differential between men and women.

-public nudity or fornication (providing there are no witnesses that have not consented; see dogging)

Given your parenthetical remarks, this is private nudity/fornication.

-individual possession of guns (provided one does not hurt anyone with that gun)

Guns have one purpose - to hurt others. Some use this purpose as a deterrent to prevent harm, but the purpose is to harm nonetheless.

-not using a seatbelt in a car (could arguably, potentially, harm another individual, but almost irrelevantly so)

Raises insurance premiums for the individual, and make insurance premiums in general more costly for all due to greater expenses stemming from higher PREVENTABLE lethality/bodily harm resultant from accidents w/o seat belts.

-disobeying evacuation or curfew orders issued for natural disasters (such as a hurricane)

Interferes with police work against looters.

-gambling with one's own money
-engaging in same-sex activity
-tax evasion

You're essentially advocating the abolishment of the military, law enforcement, fire fighting, courts, legal system, etc. Unrealistic.

-jay walking

Interferes with flow of traffic. Example: Multiply 1 minute lost to some driver cussing out a jay walker over 1 million per day in a city due to number of jaywalkers and number of drivers having to stop due to said driver. One million minutes of productivity lost.

No problems here.

-prostitution and/or soliciting for prostitution

People usually sell themselves when they are absolutely desperate for money - I'd say only punish the person buying the services. The prostitute is the victim.

-public nudity or fornication (providing there are no witnesses that have not consented; see dogging)

Hey, it isn't a crime if you don't get caught. That couldn't ever be enforced, so asking it is silly.

-individual possession of guns (provided one does not hurt anyone with that gun)

If the possessor is unstable, then it could be said that that person having a gun makes people feel less secure, thus being a "victim"

-not using a seatbelt in a car (could arguably, potentially, harm another individual, but almost irrelevantly so)

As was pointed out, the insurance company would not be happy.

-disobeying evacuation or curfew orders issued for natural disasters (such as a hurricane)

As was also pointed out, police and the national guard would need to stop looters.

-gambling with one's own money

Shouldn't be a crime, but people with a serious gambling addiction should get help.

-engaging in same-sex activity

No problems here.

-tax evasion

Arguably, this would hurt everyone who does pay taxes, since people voluntarily paying taxes are paying for services that do not work efficiently without serving everyone, and by not paying taxes we have people freeloading and those who do pay are paying more (at least if the government has the balls to raise taxes).

-jay walking

I would say that this and all traffic violations (including speeding and DUI) would always have a victim. Others have to modify their driving in order to deal with the person driving (or walking across the road) like an idiot. As for the scenario where nobody is around to be a victim, if this is true, then there is no way for the crime to be punished. If a cop is there to actaually write you a ticket, there is at least one victim.

I'm advocating for human liberty and the privatization of those useful services which the state currently provides.

Either 1) There is nothing stopping you from providing your own military, law enforcement, fire fighting, courts, legal system, etc, or 2) you can advocate all you want, it isn't going to do you any good. If some entity is going to "steal your liberty", wishing that entity to go away and having your wish granted would just result in that entity getting replaced by something else just as "oppressive" or "enslaving".

The problem is with your conception of the world, and once you realize that, you'll realize that your solution is unrealistic. Simply wishing that the world will become a better place does not result in the world becoming a better place...you must DO something about it, and that is why we have courts, law enforcement, etc...why? Because such a system is "stronger" than a lone man sitting on his private porch with his private shotgun.
